Sofia Heigis Elected New Board Member of Oncorena

The Annual General Meeting of Oncorena Holding AB was held today, June 16, 2026, at Medicon Village, Scheeletorget 1, Lund, Sweden. The AGM resolved to elect Sofia Heigis as a new member of the Board of Directors.

Since 2023, Sofia Heigis has served as Chief Executive Officer of Oncopeptides. Prior to that, she held several senior leadership positions within the company, including Chief Commercial Officer and Managing Director Germany. She has more than 20 years of experience in the pharmaceutical and life sciences industry, with particular expertise in commercialization, regulatory affairs, market access, and international business development. Before joining Oncopeptides, Sofia Heigis spent fourteen years at AstraZeneca, most recently serving as Vice President Medical Regulatory Nordic-Baltic.

Board and Auditor Elections

The AGM resolved that the Board of Directors shall consist of five members with no deputy members. The AGM re-elected Andreas Segerros, Björn Odlander, Thomas Bergh, and Christer Fåhraeus as Board members. Sofia Heigis was elected as a new Board member. Andreas Segerros was re-elected Chairman of the Board.

The registered accounting firm PwC AB was re-elected as the company’s auditor, and it was noted that Magnus Lagerberg will continue to serve as Auditor-in-Charge.
